Author Registration must be completed by January 5, 2024
in order to ensure paper/poster inclusion in the conference proceedings.
An author who has accepted paper or poster must register as Paper Author or Poster Author, respectively.
Additional papers and posters require additional registrations for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Students participating in the Student Research Competition (SRC) program are required to register as
SRC Abstract Author.
The discounted Student Attendee registration is intended to encourage student attendance and participation.
In many countries, year-end holidays will begin soon.
If you are unable to pay the registration fee due to the holidays, please follow these guidelines:
First, register online before the deadline. Select the wire transfer payment option during online registration(you can change the payment method to your credit card later).
Second, e-mail jyheo@hansung.ac.kr the date you will actually pay the fee. We strongly recommend that you pay the fee at least before mid-January.

Page Limit and Extra Page Fee:
Full papers are limited to 8 pages, in camera-ready format, included in the registration fee.
Authors have the option to include up to two (2) extra pages at additional fee of $ 80 per page.
Posters are limited to 2 pages, in camera-ready format, included in the registration fee.
Authors have the option to include only one (1) extra page at additional fee of $ 80.
SRC Abstracts are limited to 3 pages, in camera-ready format using the the SRC template,
included in registration fee. No extra pages allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests for the registrations must be received by the following dates
in order to ensure proper refunds.
Please contact us at jyheo@hansung.ac.kr to cancel your registration.
No refund for Author Registration after January 10, 2024.
Only Attendees can receive refund after this date according to our cancellation policy. Please see below.
Author Registration Refunds
- In case of cancellation by January 10, 2024, 90% will apply.
- In case of cancellation after January 10, 2024, no refund will be given.
Attendee Registration Refunds
- In case of cancellation by January 10, 2024, 90% will apply.
- In case of cancellation by January 31, 2024, 75% will apply.
- In case of cancellation by February 28, 2024, 50% will apply.
- In case of cancellation after February 28, 2024, no refund will be given.
- Conference Organizers will accept a substitute at no additional cost
if a registered conference participant is unable to attend the conference.
