  • ACM Member or ACM SigAPP member rates are only available to individuals who are ACM or ACM SigAPP members at the time of registration.
  • ACM Member or ACM SigAPP members must input their ACM member or ACM SIGAPP member id at the time of registration and show their valid ACM or ACM SigAPP membership card at the Conference registration Desk.

• Registration Policy

  • Each Accepted Paper at RACS 2026 must have at least one author registered with the Author rate(only regular member not student member) at the camera ready submission by September 11, 2026.
  • Each Author registration can cover 1 Paper.
  • ACM Member or ACM SigAPP member rates are only available to individuals who are ACM or ACM SigAPP members at the time of registration.

  All deadlines in Cvent are set to 11:59 PM US Eastern Time Zone on the stated date. All rates listed are in USD.
  Author registration and early bird deadlines are September 11, 2026.
  Authors of an accepted paper must finish the author registration for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
  One author registration is required for each paper.
  If you have multiple papers accepted, each paper must be registered and paid.

  • Bank Transfer: You can find the account information in the online registration. The registrant is kindly requested to cover the bank transfer fee.

  Full papers are limited to 8 pages, in camera-ready format, included in the registration fee. Authors have the option to include up to two (2) extra pages at additional fee of $ 80 per page.

  Short papers are limited to 4 pages, in camera-ready format, included in the registration fee. Authors have the option to include up to one (1) extra page at additional fee of $ 80.

  Posters are limited to 2 pages, in camera-ready format, included in the registration fee. Authors have the option to include only one (1) extra page at additional fee of $ 80.
