Printed Proceedings:

In an effort to keep registration rates at minimum, registrants have the option to select 0, 1, or 2 volumes of the printed proceedings. The conference tracks are categorized into five Themes and the printed proceedings are divided into two volumes. Each volume represents certain themes as listed below, and each theme includes a number of related tracks. Before you start your online registration (The registration site URL is provided toward the end of this page), please review the content of each volume (its themes and tracks below) and decide which volume(s) (if any) you would like to receive at check-in. Registrations rates are adjusted for these options. A limited number of copies is printed based on ordered volumes. Every registered attendee gets the a USB containing the complete proceedings content.

Tutorials Program:

SAC 2016 is offering Seven tutorials that have been selected from a pool of proposals submitted for consideration. The tutorials are offered on Monday April 4, 2016. Tutorials registration is US$25 to cover the Tutorials Social Luncheon planned for participating attendees (luncheon tickets will be issued for those who include the Lunch Package to their registrations). Attendees are welcome to attend morning and afternoon tutorials of their choice. Handouts will be available online before the conference. Registered attendees need to bring their own copies of the handouts (printed or electronic) to the tutorial sessions. No handouts are provided during the tutorials. To attend the tutorials and get the tutorials lunch ticket, please add the "Tutorials Lunch Package" option to your conference registration.


Registration Benefits:


Every registered attendee has access to Tuesday SIGAPP reception; Tuesday and Thursday keynote speaker sessions; all technical sessions on Tuesday through Friday; and the lunches and coffee breaks on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

In addition to that,
Full Registration (for Authors and Attendees): includes one USB proceedings, one complimentary bag, one banquet ticket (Thursday), and the registrant's choice of 0, 1, or 2 volumes of the printed proceedings (at different registration rates).

Student Registration:
includes one USB proceedings and one complimentary bag. Printed proceedings may be purchased during online registration or onsite during the conference.
An author who has a paper and a poster must register as Paper Author to cover both publications.
Graduate students participating in the Student Research Competition (SRC) program are required to register at the student rate.

Please note that the discounted
Student Registration rate does NOT cover paper or poster inclusion in the conference proceedings. Student registration is intended to encourage student attendance and participation.

Primary
student authors and SRC participants are encouraged to apply for SIGAPP Student Travel Awards. Must be a SIGAPP member to qualify.

AMEX, MC, and Visa are accepted.
2. Check: Checks sent from outside the US must be Certified Cashier Checks drawn on banks in the USA.

Check payments for
Author Registration must be received no later than January 8, 2016 in order to ensure paper/poster inclusion in the conference proceedings. Instructions are provided in the online registration system. Please contact the conference registrar if you anticipate payment delay.

Extra Page Fee

Full papers are limited to 6 pages included in the registration fee. Authors have the option to include up to two (2) extra pages at additional fee of US$80 per page.

Posters are limited to 3 pages included in the registration fee. Authors have the option to include one (1) extra page at additional fee of US$80.

SRC submissions are limited to 2 pages included in the registration fee. No extra pages allowed.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests for Attendee and Student registrations must be received by the following dates in order to ensure proper refunds. Cancellation requests must be sent to the conference Treasurer at hhaddad@kennesaw.edu.

No refund for Author Registration after Dec 30, 2015 as the conference Proceedings is finalized.
