Visa Information

• Depending on your citizenship, you may or may not need to apply for an e-Visa that provides permission to travel Vietnam. There are multiple websites that provide this type of service, but what I used is "https://evisa.gov.vn/". It costs $25 USD for a single-entry visa and takes about a week to process.
  
  
  

  ACM Visa Support Letter

  
  The Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) does not issue formal invitation letters for visas to attend ACM sponsored conferences. However, ACM is able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee.
  For visa support letters, refer all requests to supportletters@acm.org. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a letter. All requests are handled in the order they are received. The information below should be included with the request:
  

  1. Your name as it appears on your passport
  2. Your current postal mailing address
  3. The name of the conference you are registering for. Only accepted authors may request a visa support letter prior to registering for the conference.
  4. Your registration confirmation number
  5. If you have any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title and indicate whether you are the "sole author" or a "co-author"
  6. Authors may indicate their paper title. If no paper, speakers can provide the title of their presentation

• Hotel Information

  The following list includes hotels near the venue (Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City). We recommend making reservations through hotels.com, expedia.com, and similar platforms. If possible, we recommend booking a hotel near the venue so that you can easily walk to the conference site. There are 3 hotels in the list where guests can walk to IUH under 1.7km. But the Grab taxi app can be very helpful, and taxi fares in Ho Chi Minh are inexpensive.
