Hotel Information
ACM RACS does not provide specific hotel recommendations. We suggest making hotel reservations through hotels.com, expedia.com, and etc. If possible, we recommend booking a hotel near Gdansk Old Town so that you can easily walk to the conference venue.
Visa Information
For traveling to the Gdansk, Poland, attendees should be particularly aware and careful about Visa requirements and should plan travel well in advance.
ACM SIGAPP will assist RACS 2023 attendees in this matter. Please direct your questions regarding visa matters to Dr. John Kim (editoracr@gmail.com) (If you require a visa memo, please send your name, mailing address and fax number to editoracr@gmail.com and for those with accepted papers, please include the title and all authors of your paper. All this information is necessary, and omitting any of it will delay the issuing of the memo. Dr. John Kim will assist in providing visa memos for attending the conference. Please note that it may take several days for a visa memo to be sent out after it is requested. Please plan accordingly.
