In an effort to keep registration rates at minimum, registrants are given the option to select 0, 1, 2, or 3 volumes of printed proceedings. This year the conference tracks are categorized into Six Themes and the printed proceedings are divided into three volumes. Each volume represents two themes, and each theme includes a number of related tracks. Before you start your online registration (URL to registration site is provided toward the bottom of this page), please review the content of each volume (its themes and tracks) and decide which volume(s) (if any) you would like to receive at check in. Registrations rates are adjusted for these options. We print limited number of books based on ordered volumes. Every registered attendee gets the CD, which contains the complete proceedings.
SAC 2010 is offering eight half-day tutorials on Monday March 22, 2010 to all registered SAC attendees. Tutorials are free of charge. However, there is a minimum registration fee of US$49 to cover 2 coffee breaks and a social luncheon that the tutorials committee is planning that day for all tutorial attendees. Attendees are welcome to attend a morning and an afternoon tutorials of their choice. Handouts will be available online before the conference. Registered attendees need to bring their own copies of the handouts (printed or electronic) to the tutorial sessions. No handouts are provided during the tutorials. All tutorials are half-day long. Interested attendees can add the "Tutorials Package" to their conference registration. Registration Benefits: Every
registered attendee has access to Tuesday welcome reception,
Tuesday and Thursday keynote speaker sessions, all technical
sessions (Tuesday through Friday), and the lunches and coffee
breaks on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
An
author who has a paper and a poster must register as Paper
Author to cover both publications.
Please note that a Student Registration does NOT cover paper or poster inclusion in the conference proceedings. Student registration is intended to encourage student attendance. Primary student authors are encouraged to apply for SIGAPP Student Travel Awards. Payment Methods: 1.

2. Check: Checks sent from outside the US must be Certified Cashier Checks drawn on banks in the US. Check payments for Author registration must be received no later than Nov. 20, 2009 in order to ensure paper/poster inclusion in the proceedings. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests for Attendee and Student registrations must be received by the following dates in order to ensure proper refunds. Cancellation requests must be sent to the conference Treasurer at hhaddad@kennesaw.edu. No refund for Author registration.
Once registration is completed, a Confirmation Email is sent to you. Please save it for your record as it contains links to your registration record and payment receipt.
