Every registered Paper Author/Poster Author/Attendee has access to
Reception (Tuesday), Coffee Breaks & Keynote/Technical Sessions (Tuesday - Friday), Lunches (Tuesday - Thursday),
and Banquet (Thursday).
The same privileges except for Thursday's Banquet are granted to registered
SRC Abstract Authors and Student Attendees.
All registration includes one USB Proceedings, and one Complimentary Bag.
SAC Proceedings will be provided in electronic format on the USB Proceedings.
Author Registration must be completed by in order to ensure paper/poster inclusion in the conference proceedings.
An author who has accepted paper or poster must register as Paper Author or Poster Author, respectively. Additional papers and posters require additional registrations for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Students participating in the Student Research Competition (SRC) program are required to register as SRC Abstract Author.
The discounted Student Attendee registration is intended to encourage student attendance and participation.

Full papers are limited to 8 pages, in camera-ready format, included in the registration fee. Authors have the option to include up to two (2) extra pages at additional fee of € 70 per page.
Posters are limited to 3 pages, in camera-ready format, included in the registration fee. Authors have the option to include only one (1) extra page at additional fee of € 70.
SRC Abstracts are limited to 4 pages, in camera-ready format using the the SRC template, included in the registration fee. No extra pages allowed.
To qualify for early rates, your registration must be completed online by the indicated due date. Papers that exceed the page limit are subject to Extra Page fee above.

Cancellation requests for Attendee and Student registrations must be received by the following dates
in order to ensure proper refunds.
Cancellation must be requested at the online registration site.
No refund for Author Registration after January 11, 2019. Only Attendees can receive refund after this date according to our cancellation policy. Please see below.
Author Registration Refunds
- In case of cancellation by Friday, January 11, 2019, 90% will apply.
- In case of cancellation after Friday, January 11, 2019, no refund will be given.
Attendee Registration Refunds
- In case of cancellation by Friday, January 11, 2019, 90% will apply.
- In case of cancellation by Friday, February 1, 2019, 75% will apply.
- In case of cancellation by Friday, March 1, 2019, 50% will apply.
- In case of cancellation after Friday, March 1, 2019, no refund will be given.
- Conference Organizers will accept a substitute at no additional cost
if a registered conference participant is unable to attend the conference.
