Hawaii (Airport Waikiki Express): This is a shuttle service.
The provider does not take reservations. One needs to look for them
after getting out of the luggage area. However, they recommend you
to call them before coming to Hawaii to get information on where
to find them. The cost is US$9 one way and US$15 round trip. You
pay on-site, they run every 20 - 30 minutes (from 5:00am - 3:00am)
