Registration

Online Registration:

All registrations must be completed through SAC 2004 Online Registration site (link is provided at the bottom of this page). Please review registration types, associated fees, and cancellation policy. Please select the applicable registration type when registering. Registration is required for paper and poster inclusion in the Conference Proceedings, and for event attendance. Registration deadlines are strictly enforced.

Every SAC attendee has access to Sunday reception, keynote lectures, technical sessions, and coffee breaks. Full Registration includes one printed proceedings, one CD proceedings, complimentary bag, and tickets for the luncheon and banquet. One-Day Registration includes one CD proceedings, complimentary bag, and meal ticket if Monday (Luncheon) or Tuesday (Banquet). Student Registration includes one CD proceedings, complimentary bag, and luncheon ticket. Please note that Student Registration doesn't cover the inclusion of a paper in the conference proceedings. It is intended to encourage student attendance.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation requests for Attendee and Student registrations must be received by the following dates in order to ensure proper refunds. Cancellation requests must be sent to the conference Registrar.

Payment Methods:

The following credit cards are accepted: MC, Visa, American Express, Discover. To start your Online Registration, please click on the following link. Once registration is completed, a Confirmation Email will be sent to you. Please save it for your record as it contains links to your registration record and receipt.

Registration fee for Paper Presenters must be received by 11/15/2003 in order to include papers/posters in the proceedings.
