A Monday night banquet ticket is included in the full symposium registration fee (except students); additional banquet tickets may be purchased at $45 per person. The proceedings will be handed out to all registrants; extra proceedings can be purchased for $45 per copy. The Monday lunch is included in the registration of all Monday conference registrants (except students); additional tickets can be purchased for $25 per person. The Sunday Reception is open to all conference registrants.
